Effect of Sevoflurane Combined with Ulinastatin on Cell Proliferation and Migration in Lung Adenocarcinoma

To investigate the effect of sevoflurane combined with ulinastatin on cell proliferation and migration human lung adenocarcinoma. Human adenocarcinoma cells H1975 were cultured in vitro, treated different concentrations sevoflurane, sevoflurane+ulinastatin, divided into control group, sevoflurane+ulinastatin group by counting kit 8; cycle flow cytometry; number was measured Transwell; protein immunoblot (Western blot). Compared treatment significantly inhibited a dose-dependent manner. Sevoflurane had synergistic inhibition cells. proportion growth 0/growth 1 phase increased groups, S phase, migration, proteins cyclin D1, cyclin-dependent kinase 4, matrix metalloproteinase-2 metalloproteinase-9 decreased (p<0.05); compared percentage number, (p<0.05). can synergistically downregulate expression then inhibit H1975, which may be potential for clinical practice.
